1. Acceptance
By using LokdIn you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 16 years old to use LokdIn.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to post content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, or harmful. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the LokdIn platform or its AI features. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. AI-Generated Content
LokdIn uses AI to generate daily tasks and coaching responses. This content is for motivational and educational purposes only. It is not professional medical, psychological, or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified professional for health decisions.
5. Intellectual Property
LokdIn and its content (excluding user-generated posts) are owned by LokdIn. You retain ownership of content you post but grant LokdIn a licence to display it within the app.
6. Premium Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled in accordance with the platform (Google Play / App Store) policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
LokdIn is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of LokdIn after changes constitutes acceptance.
